On Sept. 24, police went to the corner of Main and Seavey streets to check on a suspicious vehicle. It turned out to be a woman asking for directions.

On Sept. 25, police went to the high school on Stroudwater Street to take a report on a stolen iPod.

Bad check

On Sept. 25, police went to White Brothers Construction on Warren Avenue to take a report on a bad check.

Car keyed

On Sept. 28, police went to the Stockhouse Restaurant and Sports Pub on Main Street to take a report on a keyed vehicle.

Sept. 24

Andrey M. Stours, 18, of 9 Cornucopia Way, Gorham, charged with violating conditions of release, failing to obtain a driver’s license, and attaching false plates, at the corner of Cumberland and Bridge streets.

Joseph F. Boucher, 35, of P.O. Box 8, Hallowell, arrested on four warrants at the corner of Cumberland and Brown streets.

Sept. 26

Devon J. Fitzgerald, 19, of 79 Westminster Ave., Portland, charged with violating conditions of release, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, at the corner of Main and York streets.

Justin R. Rush, 23, of 320 Dolloff Road, Standish, charged with driving under the influence at the corner of Main Street and Tramway Lane.

Tyler Paquin-Cofske, 20, of 166 Saco St., Apt. 3, Westbrook, charged with domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime, and criminal mischief on Saco Street.

Sept. 27

Michael E. Barnhart, 25, of 240 Harvard St., Apt. 304, Portland, charged with domestic violence assault and criminal mischief on Seavey Street. Later that same day, Barnhart was arrested again on Seavey Street on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Mohamed O. Ali, 18, of 6 Lincoln St., Apt. 107, Westbrook, charged with robbery at Westbrook Market on Stroudwater Street. Also arrested on the same charge was a 16-year-old. Police said the robbery was basically a “strong arm” shoplifting.

Kenneth M. Kozlowski, 23, of 55 Grant St., Apt. 4, Portland, charged with violating conditions of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, at the corner of Stroudwater Street and Monroe Avenue.

Sept. 29

Mitchel W. Thorpe, 28, of 38 Towpath Road, Apt. B, Gorham, charged with two counts of unlawful possession of drugs, at Good Things on Saco Street.

Philip C. Robbins, 45, of 27 Miller Lane, Alfred, charged with unlawful possession of drugs at the Bank of America ATM on Main Street. Also summonsed on the same charge was Porcha M. Smith, 28, of 17 Allen St., Randolph, Mass.

Ann M. Floridino, 36, of 27 Maggie Lane, Portland, charged with driving without a license after being a Maine resident for more than 90 days, at the corner of Bridge and Lincoln streets.

Allison K. Turner, 26, of 80 Brown St., Apt. 2, Westbrook, charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in front of Westbrook High School on Stroudwater Street.

Steven F. Godin, 45, of 468 Main St., Westbrook, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license at the corner of Main and Haskell streets.

Robert C. Sawyer, 22, of 107 Highland Cliff Road, Windham, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license, at the corner of Bridge and Lincoln streets.
