Uh-oh

On Nov. 5, a Teri Circle resident reported that someone had dumped Spaghetti-O’s on their car as part of an ongoing dispute.

Rifled

On Nov. 6, police received a call from Rowe Ford on Main Street saying that someone had gone through one of the cars on the lot, but nothing was missing.

False alarm

On Nov. 7, police received a call from someone on Main Street by Shaw’s saying that the Metro bus board was flashing “call 911.” Police contacted Metro, who said it was a system malfunction and nothing was wrong.

Nancy Lado Lupai, 23, of 27 Kennedy Park, Portland, charged with violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth and possession of marijuana on Main Street.

Nov. 5

Julius S. Ishag, 20, of 151 North St., Apt. 214, Portland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, operating vehicle without a license, violating conditions of release and failure to give correct name, address or date of birth on Main Street.

Evan Jacob Gottlieb, 20, of 187 Roosevelt Trail, Apt. 15, Windham, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and possession of hypodermic apparatus on Bridge Street.

Patricia A. Smith, 48, of 13 Webb St., Apt. D, Westbrook, charged with theft on Hannaford Drive.

Chrystal L. Hitchcock, 32, of Preble Street Shelter, Apt. A, Portland, charged with operating while licenses suspended or revoked on Delta Drive.

Nov. 9

Marcus T. Carro, 23, of 52 Gothic St., South Paris, charged with operating while license was suspended or revoked on Larrabee Road.

Sarah Tsika, 35, of 67 Seavey St., Westbrook, charged with operating while license was suspended or revoked and violating conditions of release on Oak Street.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested on charges of operating vehicle without a license and possession of marijuana on Saco Street
