Friday, Sept. 21

Theft – A Cape Elizabeth Public Works employee reported the loss of a portable radio.

Burglary – Silver serving items were reported stolen from a home on Mitchell Road.

Phillip W. Jones, 61, of Cape Elizabeth, on Scott Dyer Road at 11:13 a.m., on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
