OOB police announce drug arrests

OLD ORCHARD BEACH - On Friday, Dec. 6, the Old Orchard Beach Police Department made several drug arrests as the result of its ongoing Special Enforcement Team investigations.

Assisting in the sweep were the Saco and Scarborough police, the York County Sheriff’s Department, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and the Maine State Police, who all helped to execute both search and arrest warrants within the town of Old Orchard Beach in the early morning hours.

Police Chief Dana Kelley released the list of those arrested in the sweep on Monday and indicated that additional arrests are anticipated. Kelley also said that anyone who has additional information regarding drug activity in Old Orchard Beach should contact Sgt. Gerard Hamilton at 937-5837.

The following are facing charges:

• Marci Ladakakos, 35, Old Orchard Beach - 1 count of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs.

• Chad Grover, 32, Old Orchard Beach - 2 counts of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs.

• Charles-Vincent Day, 24, Old Orchard Beach - 2 counts of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs and 1 count of operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended.

• James Fogg, 31, Old Orchard Beach - 3 counts of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs.

• Bryan Provencher, 46, Old Orchard Beach - 4 counts of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs.

• Derrick L. Berry, 60, Saco - 1 count of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs and 2 counts of trafficking in schedule drugs.

• Susan Gilmour, 51, Old Orchard Beach - 1 count of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs.

• Joseph Brill, 61, Old Orchard Beach -1 count of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs.

• Timothy L. Davis, 49, Old Orchard Beach - 2 counts of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs.

• James Longo, 43, Old Orchard Beach - 1 count of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs.

• Desiree Pelletier, 29, Biddeford - 1 count of aggravated trafficking in schedule drugs.

• Jerome A. Rinaldi Jr., 50, Hampton, N.H. - 1 count of fugitive from justice.
