Dec. 28

Christopher Wing, 28, Waterboro, was arrested for obstructing the report of crime or injury in a case of domestic violence in Waterboro.

Karl Hoffses, 40, Hollis, was charged with assault and criminal mischief after police say he broke the window out of a car and assaulted an 18-year-old male at the Big Apple in Hollis.

Dec. 26

Daniel Nealt, 51, Berwick, and David Brown, 58, Lewiston, were summonsed for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after the vehicle was stopped for a seat-belt violation on Route 111 in Alfred.

Dec. 25

Joshua Cahill, 19, York, was summonsed for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after his vehicle was stopped on Route 109 in Sanford for suspicious activity.

Christopher Cadorette, 25, Lyman, was arrested for domestic assault at an undisclosed location.

Kellie Coulter, 19, Waterboro was summonsed for illegal possession or consumption of liquor by a minor at an undisclosed location.

Dec. 24

Diane M. Wormwood, 54, Springvale, was summonsed for operating after suspension following a traffic stop on Route 202 in Alfred. Her passenger, Patrick W. Dalzell, 50, Springvale, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay a court fine. The stop came after a complaint about the vehicle operating erratically.

David W. Horne, 23, Alfred, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a disorderly conduct charge in Sanford after a traffic stop for no front license plate on Route 111 in Alfred.

Dec 23

Steven R. Fournier, 39, Hollis, was summonsed for operating after suspension following a traffic stop on Hill Road in Lyman for an expired inspection sticker.

Dec. 22

Keith Noble, 42, Acton, was summonsed for operating after license revoked (habitual offender) and operating and unregistered motor vehicle during a traffic stop on Route 111 in Lyman. The owner of the vehicle, Gail Merrill-White, 42, Springvale, was summonsed for permitting unlawful use of vehicle.

Joseph Doyle, 30, Springvale, was summonsed for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Route 202 in Alfred after he was stopped for an expired inspection sticker.

Dec. 20

Michael Ritacco, 30, Sanford, was arrested for operating after suspension after a crash on Route 111 in Lyman.

Willis Dicentes, 21, Hollis, was arrested for operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident between a Department of Transportation truck and another vehicle at an undisclosed location.

Joseph Cooper, 18, of Dixmont, was summonsed with being in possession of a suspended driver's license in Lyman.

Sheryl Spiller, 29, Lyman, was charged for domestic violence in Lyman for assaulting her mother. Spiller had fled the residence on foot before police arrived and was located a short distance away trying to buy alcohol.

Dec. 19

Several people are facing charges after an investigation into a vehicle off the road in Waterboro led to the discovery of stolen merchandise.

According to investigators, just before the accident, an occupant in the vehicle had stolen two cases of alcohol from a delivery truck at JD's Package Store on Route 5 in Waterboro. Jake Farwell, 19, Lyman, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, as a minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia. Caitlin Bigelow, 20, Waterboro, was charged as a minor in possession of alcohol. A 17 year old from Waterboro was charged with theft and being a minor in possession of alcohol. The location and time of the crash were not disclosed.

Dec. 16

Richard Snow, 44, Biddeford, was charged for violation of bail conditions in Limington for calling his estranged wife.

Dec. 15

Patrick Fecteau, 22, Biddeford, was arrested for Class B burglary in connection with a burglary in Dayton.

Brandon Sheehan, 20, Saco, was arrested for violating conditions of release and two counts of burglary. Police say Sheehan burglarized two homes in the Dayton area.
