Jill Peter has been promoted to senior vice president of credit administration at Kennebunk Savings. Peter is responsible for implementing policy development in both commercial and retail credit and establishing a credit environment that mitigates risk.

Peter began her career with Maine Savings Bank working in the residential mortgage area, and later, in the commercial loan area. She previously was an executive with Pepperell Bank & Trust, Atlantic Bank and Fleet Bank of Maine.

She currently serves on the advisory board of Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Maine and is a past board member for St. Patrick's School in Portland.
