The following cases were closed in February in York County Superior Court in Alfred:

Jacquelyn M. Alley, 50, Springvale, Department of Probation and Parole, Violation of Probation: eight days in jail. Probation to continue.

Jacquelyn M. Alley, 50, Springvale, Biddeford Police Department, Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs: $490 fine.

Jonathan J. Anton, 19, Biddeford, Biddeford Police Department, Operating After Suspension: $310 fine.

Genaro Balzano, 67, Portland, Buxton Police Department, OUI: $640 fine and nine day license suspension.

Eric A. Bartlett, 32, Buxton, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, Marijuana Cultivation and Unlawful Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs: 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, followed by one year of probation. Probation conditions are as follows: $2,420 fine; no excessive use of alcohol; no use or possession of illegal drugs; submit to random testing and searches for the presence of excessive use of alcohol and illegal drugs and undergo a substance abuse evaluation with follow-up counseling and treatment to the satisfaction of his probation officer.

Ryan A. Bell, 20, Sanford, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency: Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs and Violation of Conditions of Release: three years in jail with all but seven months suspended, followed by three years of probation. Probation conditions are as follows: no use or possession of alcohol or illegal drugs; provide a DNA sample as required; submit to random testing and searches for the presence of alcohol or illegal drugs; undergo a substance abuse evaluation with follow-up counseling and treatment to the satisfaction of his probation officer; and pay restitution in the amount of $520 to MDEA within the first year of probation.

Ronald S. Bendixen, 20, Biddeford, Department of Probation and Parole, Violation of Probation: 274 days in jail. Probation to terminate.

Ronald S. Bendixen, 20, Biddeford, Kennebunk Police Department, Theft and Criminal Trespass: one year in jail with all but three months suspended, followed by one year of probation. Probation conditions are as follows: pay restitution in the amount of $505 to the named victims by the 10th month of probation through the Department of Probation and Parole and not to go upon the premise of Kennebunk Sausage Co.

Michael Doucette, 38, North Berwick, York County Sheriff's Department (Parsonfield), Theft: 364 days in jail, to be served concurrently with Federal sentence.

Cory M. Drost, 29, York, York Police Department, Violation of Conditions of Release: 48 hours in jail.

Dwight E. Duguay, 43, Biddeford, Biddeford Police Department, Violation of Sex Offender Registration: one year in jail, with all but four days suspended, followed by one year of probation. Probation conditions are as follows: must faithfully maintain registration with the Maine State Police in regards to the Sex Offender Registration Act.

Noah Elston, 45, Waterboro, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs: 18 months in jail with all but 30 days suspended, followed by 18 months of probation. Probation conditions are as follows: no use or possession of alcohol or illegal

drugs; provide a DNA sample as required; submit to random testing and searches for the presence of illegal drugs; undergo a substance abuse evaluation with follow-up counseling and treatment to the satisfaction of his probation officer and pay restitution in the amount of $110 to MDEA through the Department of Corrections.

Probation conditions are as follows: no use or possession of alcohol or illegal drugs; submit to random testing and searches for the presence of alcohol or illegal drugs; undergo substance abuse counseling and treatment to the satisfaction of her probation officer; and pay restitution in the amount of $210.00 to MDEA through the Department of Corrections.

Mcclure, 24, Newfield, Maine State Police (Newfield), Aggravated Assault, Criminal Threatening (three), and Assault: five years in jail with all but two years suspended, followed by four years of probation. Probation conditions are as follows: provide a DNA sample as required; undergo a substance abuse evaluation with follow-up counseling and treatment to the satisfaction of his probation officer; under psychological counseling and treatment to the satisfaction of his probation officer and not to have contact with his children unless as ordered in Family Matter.

Probation conditions are as follows: no use or possession of alcohol or illegal drugs; provide a DNA sample as required; not to own, use or possess firearms or dangerous weapons; submit to random testing and searches for the presence of alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms and dangerous weapons; under a substance evaluation with follow-up counseling and treatment to the satisfaction of his probation officer; attend and complete a Certified Batterers' Intervention Program and not to have contact of any kind with the named victims.
